Nesmuk Jahrhundert Messer – Price: $98934

Close but still not the most expensive.

Forged by Lars Scheidler, the blade is made of 640 layers of Damascus steel with a cutting edge made of the finest carbon steel. Perhaps what makes this luxury kitchen knife so expensive is the fact that the handle is made from the wood of a 5,000-year-old bog oak tree, or perhaps the fact that it is decorated with a platinum necklace set with 25 cut diamonds.
If you want to purchase the premium piece, you will receive it with an elegant piano lacquer box.

Je pense pour ma part que le couteau le plus cher jamais vendu aux enchères est le poignard de l’empereur moghol Shah Jahan
qui a fait construire pour mausolée pour sa femme défunte le Taj Mahal !
